The
confirmation process at Carmel Mission
Basilica requires a two year commitment
of the candidate and the parents of the
candidate. Meetings and workshops are
designed to help the candidate to
process toward his or her decision to be
fully initiated into the life of the
Catholic Church through encounters with
community, family, friends, self and
Jesus Christ. An orientation for both new and
returning candidates is scheduled for
4:00 PM October 6th, 2007 in MacMahon
